Sip Into Soltice was a celebration of the longest day in the year. The event took place at the Main Kitchen |806 Lounge which is located at Houston JW Marriott Hotel Downtown.
This exclusive and upscale event welcomed Houston food connoisseurs to taste their new signature cocktails and happy hour menu. This is not your ordinary happy hour, it is an experience. I was honored to be amongst the first to try their menu and it is “Brend New” approved. You’ve got to try it out ASAP.
The main kitchen has a cozy and elegant atmosphere. It isn’t noisy and it is perfect for an early date night. If you’re also coming from work and looking for a pleasant place to unwine and dine, it is also the place. No wonder why Main Kitchen is ranked one of the best happy hour restaurant in town.

What is it called when you head to a bar after work around 5-7pm for quick bites and no drinks ? It’s called sad hour . We don’t do that. We do happy hour so you have got to have some wine, champagne and cocktails to cheer to a good end of the day .
