On Thursday, January 20, 2022, The Greasy Spoon Soulfood Bistro will officially open its doors in the Pearland community. The new location is located at 10009 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77584, Suite101 and will operate during the hours of 11 AM-9 PM.
The past year, The Greasy Spoon has had a variety of milestones consisting of celebrating the 1-year anniversary of opening The Greasy Spoon Northside location, debuting their food truck at Houston Grub Park, being featured on The Cooking Channel’s Food Paradise, and now opening The Greasy Spoon Pearland. In the midst of continuous business success, the owner, Max Bozeman II fought 2 forms of cancer which he ultimately beat. His desire to inspire and lead his community inspired many across the country as he helped over 50 families during the Houston snowstorm by providing over $60,000 to get them food and shelter. As the owner of The Greasy Spoon, his goal with the Pearland location is to provide great service, allow Houston-based talent to perform on the stage in the bistro, and create a family-friendly environment with great service. Customers can expect some of the biggest oxtails in the city, stuffed turkey legs, signature seafood (fried lobster, fish, and shrimp), gumbeaux, and southern comfort foods.
“Expanding The Greasy Spoon is a goal that I am happy to achieve. My team and I plan to continue to bring a unique menu, great experience, and memories to Houston and surrounding areas. Our expansion is just beginning and we are thankful!”-Bozeman expressed.

About The Greasy Spoon:
Owner, Max Bozeman II has been in the restaurant & hospitality industry for over a decade. The initial seed was sown as a preteen, as he worked in his family’s restaurant on the weekends. He grew to become infatuated with business and the idea of adding value to people.
The Greasy Spoon Soulfood Bistro is his first solo endeavor. It’s his “baby”. His vision is to “Elevate the Culture of Southern Cuisine”, by curating a five-star experience that accompanies traditional southern comfort dishes, which are loved beyond cultural boundaries.
