The weekend is almost over. As I am preparing for the week, I decided to meal prep salmon for dinner this week. I also prepared some wings and the recipe is already published. Check it out .
Let’s get right into it ! For this easy recipe you will need
Fresh salmon
My signature marinade(chopped garlic, parsley, green onion and about a spoon of Dijon mustard)
Thyme
Start by applying the marinade on the salmon but before , add some salt(amount is up to you ) but I used a tea spoon.
Then, add dry powder to create a light crust . About a tbsp of garlic powder, black pepper and a pinch of paprika and thyme . Last but not least, dress up up with slice 🍋 lemons . I also squeezed some of the juice on my salmon for for citrus flavor .
Preheat oven on 350 , once it is hot, place the pan and let it cook for 25 mins . That’s it, enjoy this bomb salmon dish.
Tip: Package each slice in aluminum foil and place it in the oven to warm up instead of microwaving it ! Thank me later !!
