Del Frisco Grille in the Woodlands was enjoyable. My husband and I went there to celebrate his birthday. We loved everything we ordered and the service was amazing.
Ribeye was mouthwatering and so tender. The flavor was on point. We always eat our steak medium-rare. I love when crab cakes have little to no fillers. They used a little filler but it was hard to tell. 95% crab meat. It was amazing!
You can never go wrong with blue cheese topping on a steak. Fun fact: we had steak and blue cheese at our wedding so now every time I eat a steak with blue cheese I think about our wedding, aww lol!
The mac & cheese was my least favorite. It was insipid but after adding salt and pepper, it turned out to good. Sometimes, you just need a little seasoning on top.
The cheesesteak eggrolls topped with sweet & spicy chili Sauce & honey mustard were tasty and crispy! I recommend you share so you have room for the main course .Next time, I’ll ask the sweet sauce on the side (just my personal preference).

Fresh pineapples are infused in Svedka Clémentine Vodka for 14 days! Caution: You gotta sip very slowly because it is so smooth. You don’t want to get drunk without even realizing it. I loved it!
It was so rich and good. Unfortunately, we were so full we couldn’t even finish the cake.

According to Del Frisco’s Dress Code Policy , “Del Frisco’s enforces a strict upscale dress code. We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jerseys, hats, beanies, bandanas, ball caps, oversized or baggy clothing, tank tops, and sleeveless shirts are prohibited. No excessively revealing clothing will be allowed. Clothing emitting offensive odors is not permitted to be worn anywhere on the property. ”
Unfortunately, the dress code wasn’t enforced. What they described that they do not want is exactly what I saw. Tank tops and camis with leggings, gym attires…etc were worn. Totally unacceptable. I’ve noticed other high end restaurants and higher end restaurants also not enforcing a dress code but I’ll leave that for a separate blog article.
To conclude, the food at Del Frisco is good and I recommend it.
